Trusted by Engineers. Powered by Partnerships.

We help shops deliver faster, handle overflow, and say yes to more clients—without compromising quality.

Overflow SLS printing

Overflow R&D SLS printing — When your certified machines are busy, we take on rapid prototyping and iteration runs, keeping your qualification workflow on track.

Tight-tolerance prototyping

Tight-tolerance prototyping — Consistent, repeatable geometry for mission-critical R&D and design validation.

Complex geometries

We print what others can’t. From intricate lattice structures to consolidated assemblies, we leverage the design freedom of SLS to produce parts that push boundaries—not timelines.

FAQs

Some questions we get asked the most

What does Howler Dynamics specialize in?

We specialize in Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing for engineering-grade parts. Our shop is built for teams who need Rapid, Rugged SLS prototyping and short-run parts—for aerospace, robotics, and field engineering.

What materials do you offer?

Materials Offered:
PA12 (Nylon 12): Industry-standard SLS nylon — rugged, repeatable, used across aerospace, defense, robotics, and medical
Coming Soon:
PA12 GF — Glass-filled nylon for high-stiffness, heat-resistant parts
PA11, PA11 CF — Bio-based and carbon‑reinforced variants for impact-tough and lightweight structural uses

What’s your typical lead time?

Standard orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Rush delivery available upon request. Larger batch estimates available—contact us for a custom timeline based on geometry and volume.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer .STL or .STEP files. If you're using a different format, reach out and we’ll help convert it.

Do you offer finishing services like vapor smoothing or dyeing?

We currently offer media blasting, a professional surface treatment that delivers a clean, matte finish ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts. It removes excess powder, improves surface consistency, and maintains dimensional accuracy.

Additional finishing options such as vapor smoothing or dyeing will be available in the future—let us know if you have specific requirements, and we’ll advise accordingly.

Can I become a partner or refer work to Howler Dynamics?

Yes. We actively build partnerships with machine shops, prototyping teams, and design firms. Referral and overflow agreements are available—email us to start the conversation.

What industries do you serve?

We serve teams across:

  • Aerospace & Defense

  • Robotics & Automation

  • R&D Engineering

  • Environmental & Outdoor Tech

If your parts are mission-critical or used in harsh environments, we’re built for you.
